OCEANA – Key Biscayne

Topping Off was completed on schedule and celebrated with the entire team of Coastal Construction at the site on Friday, June 28.   Glass is currently being installed on Level 11 and drywall framing is currently 60% complete on the 10^th Floor with the Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing trades chasing.  The elevator contractor is scheduled to mobilize to the job in the month of July to begin prepping of machine rooms and elevator shafts.  In addition to the Tower construction, the Spa and Restaurant structures are well underway and 8 of the 12 Villa structures have been topped off.
